What is your return policy?
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. All returns and exchanges must be unused and in their original packaging. Gloves must be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange. There are no restocking fees for exchanges as long as the glove is in its original packaging.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method or store credit and will not include shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is complete, you will be notified by email.

How long will my glove last?
The longevity of your glove is influenced by both your usage patterns and the care it receives. Crafted from a thin material, our gloves prioritize comfort during sports and other activities, boasting a design that minimizes bulkiness and allows for stretching. We pride ourselves on using premium materials, strategically reinforced to include shock absorption at the base of the thumb.
It's important to note that, while our gloves are designed with durability in mind, they are still subject to the natural wear and tear that comes with regular use. To maintain your glove's performance, consider the following tips: When washing is necessary, opt for mild soap. In cases of perspiration, avoid using a dryer and instead allow the glove to thoroughly air dry on a flat surface.
Please be aware that markings on the glove caused by dirt, golf club grips, or tool handles are considered normal wear and tear resulting from regular use. Additionally, the natural variations in grip hand strength can contribute to discoloration and wear over time. We want you to enjoy your glove to the fullest, and understanding that wear and tear is a natural part of the glove's lifecycle helps set realistic expectations for its use.
What should I do if my size is out of stock?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
If your item is in stock on the website, it should ship within two business days of your order. Packages shipped in the United States should arrive in 5-7 business days. International shipping may take longer.
How do I determine my glove size?
Thumb Anchor gloves are thin gloves, similar to golf gloves. They have silicone padding and Velcro strapping to support the base of the thumb. View our sizing chart here.
Is there a recommended duration of time that I should wear the glove each day?
The glove is made to wear while you are active. It is fine to wear during an entire round of golf or for a few hours while knitting or other activity. You do not need to wear it when you are idle or sleeping. When wearing the glove for a long duration, there have never been any reported numbness problems. But, if you notice numbness in your thumb, remove the glove and do not put the glove back on until your thumb feels normal. If experiencing numbness, do not pull the straps as tight as numbness is only a result if the straps are adjusted too tightly.
What if my glove gets wet or soiled?
Thumb Anchor gloves are not designed to wear underwater, but they will not be damaged by water or perspiration. If your glove has gotten wet, when you are finished with your activity, remove your glove and let it dry, laid out flat on a dry surface. Do not put your glove in a dryer or try to dry with a blow dryer. If your glove gets soiled, wash it gently with water and let it dry, laid out flat on a dry surface. Do not use any harsh soaps on the glove.
