First, make sure that all 3 velcro straps are "free" and not suck to the glove. Then, slide the glove on and attach velcro strap 1 over the top of your hand.

Check that the thin padded strap 2 is not twisted, and bring it between your thumb and index finger. Then, attach it to the matching velcro on the top of your thumb.

Important Note: You can always adjust the tightness of the strap to your comfort level.

Finally, take strap 3, with the Thumb Anchor logo, and go over the padded insert on the thumb base and attach to the velcro on top of strap 1. As a reminder, you can adjust the tightness of the strap to your comfort level.
